Step1. Open HOM
Step2. Look at 1st pic's two yellow circled portion. You will find the updated numbers of total comments in circle 2. Here you have to click in circle 1.
Step3. Here you will see all comments in a listed order (see the 2nd pic). Scroll the page. Now you will see a link named "Post a Comment" in 3rd pic. Just click this link.
Step4. Now you will see a page like this 4th picture. Write your comment in portion 1, select "Name/URL" instead of "Google/blogger" and then simply write your name in portion 2. No need to bother about the blank of "URL"(portion 3), keep it blank. Finally you have to click "PUBLISH YOUR COMMENT" of portion 4. For portion numbers see the 4th pic carefully.
(Before clicking the "PUBLISH YOUR COMMENT" button to complete step4, you may find your page like this 5th pic.)
Step5. After the completion of step4, you will be notified that "YOUR COMMENT HAS BEEN SAVED" successfully (see red circled portion of 6th pic). Now you have to click the link named "THE ORIGINAL POST" which is the last thing to do for publishing a comment!!
